Man. After 3 months of riding, you've gotten strong. I enjoyed the trip with you guys on the first day and from then on only vicariouly. Have a good trip back to Molokai. kevin
Congratulations to you and Ted on finishing up! It's a great feeling, and it'll take a few days to come down off that high.
Virginia and I finished up last Thursday in Anacortes, and made it home Monday. I don't know that I'd do it another time, but I'd do it the first time again!
Congratulations, guys. I enjoyed crossing paths with you two so many times.
We finished our 1/3 - transam at about the same time, and Nita headed south to San Diego for the next phase of her adventure. Sadly, I now go back to my real life.
Aloha Everyone, Thanks for the comments. I hope you all enjoyed the ride. Pete Congrats on your journey, it was fun. I know real life feels a little strange. A Hui Hou, Lisa
Alright! Congratulations Lisa and Ted! I feel like I was on the journey with you through your writings and pics! Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
This will be the official Journal of our Trans America Adventure
I will try and post everyday. There maybe times when I do not have an internet connection available, so be patient my friends and I will be online ASAP.
I am 43 years old and getting ready to ride the TransAmerica bike path from Yorktown Virginia to Astoria Oregon. I live on the Island of Molokai, no stoplights, no traffic, no hurries.
